Thank you, Meinhild :)
ReplyDeleteWow, that's a gorgeous drawing! Looks quite small too - I adore small things!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous! That expression is so compelling.
ReplyDeleteI love this design. I agree that the wolf is a misunderstood animal. It really is a gentle, loyal creature and should be protected. Good news in WI, we introduced the wolf back in the 70's and they are flourishing now.

ReplyDeleteThe wolf is an amazing animal. I think my favorite animal would be a grizzly.
ReplyDeleteA most excellent work! You really captured the beauty and wild essence in the wolf's eyes!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Boyd and Vicky :)

ReplyDeleteOh my gosh, that's breath-taking. The eyes are simply beautiful.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Maria....these ones are in my sketchbook but I wouldn't mind doing some in larger scale for framing. I have done A4 size sketches in the past and currently have a framed drawing of a Border Collie pup in my studio. :)

ReplyDeleteThis really is a wonderful drawing, Serena - I'm really amazed at how much detail you managed to put in on such a small drawing - I'd love to see a bigger version. This one is already frameable, in my opinion.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the wonderful comment, Casey :)

ReplyDeleteI love how you do fur! Hair and fur=nemesis for me. This is just a beautiful drawing and does the wolf justice. I feel the same way you do. They must be protected.
