  3. That's actually a beautiful picture with the way the light falls, etc. Do you take plain journals and recover them--jazz them up? Or did you make the journals themselves, too? I think I missed that part. Hope you have a better day after getting some sleep. :)

  4. Ohhh...migraines can be horrible.
Go to bed, make it as dark in the room as possible and feel better soon!

  5. Aww...Serena, I hope you are feeling better soon. Migraines are the worse, and I know you must be feeling miserable. Big hugs to you!

  6. Serena, So sorry for the migraine, but maybe you're trying to do to much with all the committments you've made for yourself.I know myself when I do that, I watch for the migraines because they will come. I don't want you suffering with them, so a friendly nudge, try and not overload yourself trying to do so much everyday...... ;o)) Ro

  7. Ohhhh hope your migraine has released.

Always fun seeing a pic of a blogger friend. It would be fun to sit there and watch you do journals so I could see what is involved.

  15. I wonder if you have tried massage therapy for the migraines? Do you have any trained therapists nearby? A mid-back/neck/head treatment often works wonders.. and perhaps they can give you some neck stretches and exercises to help keep things more limbered up... it's waaaaaaay too far to lug my massage table.....darn it.....
