    Hello Serena
Thanks for stopping by my blog.
I used a light wieght from a pad on these inked piece.
If you copy and paste the other 2 links on my blog you will see how it looks when you use a heavy water color paper and inks I use for my calligarphy. While its wet I put plastic wrapp on it then scrunch it and leave it over night.
    These turned out beautiful.
I ordered new inks and should get them this week and will try it again..

  4. Congratulations Serena!

Really like your Jack Russell painting with the plaid blanket. I painted a flower with plaid and posted it the same day I see as you posted the Jack Russell.

I read your post about the bears too. Here in the states some states move the bears and some kill them. It upsets me that people build homes in the woods and can't adapt to their surroundings and want the bears killed just because they are distroying their trees. Stupid. Yes it happen for that reason in one place in the states. A lot of people were upset about it that lived there.

    GOD Bless You and Yours!!!

  6. Dianne, thanks so much for replying to my question about your painted papers. Thanks for your kind comments about my blog too. :)

Thanks, Flassie! Re. the plaid - great minds think alike! :) That's terrible about the bears being killed in one area of the States. I get upset when humans encroach on the natural habitat of wildlife and then, the poor animals are condemned to death to make way for the all important human beings. Animal suffering in this world at human hands is reprehensible.

Becky, you are more than welcome! :)

  7. Thanks so much Serena for the honour...it's so very much appreciated! I've found this year to be a difficult one for blogging. The mojo is low and there seems to be a lot of contemplation and quiet time happening, so the award is all the more appreciated.
