i'm dealing with the flu right now and it hurts to take deep breaths because a sharp, prickly pain shoots across my upper back. needless to say, i haven't felt up to posting so this one will be quick.

My guy is still coughing a bit, but has drugs now..it is bronchitis...his ribs hurt so much that he holds his arm against his side still when coughing....
hopefully it won't take you long to feel back to normal.....

Lovely self portrait! and what an interesting tree. I've never seen that before. Love the name - whether it's golden or chinese, "rain tree" sounds magical and refreshing.
So sorry to hear you are feeling crummy! I've been there too much the past few months and wouldn't wish it on anybody! Sending healing thoughts--and, I agree, if the pains across your back don't go away--have that checked.
