We started re-organising the lounge-room today and that included sorting and purging DVDs and books too. I needed to de-clutter and simplify to make room for my studio which will sit in behind the lounge-room......so far, so good.
Isn't it amazing how books and DVDs can just multiply! And all at once they take over a space. I need to purge some of mine, too. Good luck with the new studio space. That sounds exciting.
Hi Serena, Ah, Must have been the day for decluttering-I went through a big hallway closet as well. My guys now have Lots of rags for the garage. Hugs, Anna
Those DVD Storage binders are real nice for condensing your CD's and DVD's. Putting hundreds of DVD's into one book... We took a two whole book shelves filled with DVD's and condensed them to one large binder book... very nice for creating creative space... Just a thought... I always feel so much better when my space is newly organized... it's like spring when everything is fresh, or just after Christmas when you put all the holiday stuff away for the year...
That's how it looks when I reorganize, too. Total chaos for a while, but it is wonderful when you get done! My place is in chaos right now for a while, too. Eventually I'll be sooo glad to have purged and moved and removed stuff. Exciting to see how you get it all arranged. :):)
