This Is It - Michael Jackson

Today, Bradley, Aaron and I went to see This Is It, the movie showing the dress rehearsal, and behind the scenes footage, for Michael's concert before he died. We LOVED it!! Michael's talent was phenomenal and the way he interacted with the crew, dancers, and musicians was truly beautiful. I only wished we could have seen more. I admit to shedding a tear or two at the thought that he truly is gone too soon.

  1. Serena, this is a beautiful tribute. What a troubled soul MJ was...so much sadness there. I also was very sad at his passing, and how wonderful that you got to see the show.

  2. I probably won't get to see it unless it comes out on Netflix, but I want to see it if I get a chance. Always heard he was not a diva type with his crew--it would be nice to see the behind the scenes footage. BTW--you did a great sketch of Michael!! :)

What a lovely tribute to him. He had so much talent and it is sad to think, that he has passed away.
I will see the movie if it comes to Pay per view at home.

  12. Thanks, everyone! Michael certainly was a legend in his own time and I doubt there will ever be another like him.

Caroline, I will definitely be getting it when it's released on DVD too.
