It's that time of month again...

.....where I give my grey roots the treatment. It's one of those jobs I hate to do but have to do because I'm not quite ready to let those greys shine at this stage of my life. Actually, I'm not sure if I'll ever be ready so, for now, I'll just keep buying my INDOLA hair colour and developer.

Aaron made some delicious peanut butter cookies for afternoon tea...YUM!!!

I hope all of my American friends had a lovely Thanksgiving and are fully recovered from all the festitivities. Many of you are probably still feasting on the left-overs, right? While we don't celebrate Thanksgiving here in Australia, I have thoroughly enjoyed reading about all the Thanksgiving plans on everyone's blogs. Enjoy your weekend!

Love, light and peace

  1. I hear you about the grey! I don't think I would ever let my hair go grey. It might be vanity, but I'm embracing it! Love your journal page. :)

  2. I enjoy seeing your sketchbook pages again! You always do such a nice job on them. :)

My dear DIL has been battling grey hair for years--in her 20's! And I still don't have any gray on my head--almost 60. Annoying, I know. The oddest thing is I started to get long, stiff, thick, white hairs just a few years ago on one eyebrow near my scar where Dagan gashed me with his two front teeth when he was a toddler--leaping on me when I was sleeping in bed. Talk about scaring him to death! You know how head wounds bleed--hehe! I keep plucking them out--the white streak. Pretty soon I won't have any eyebrow over my left eye--ROFL!! But I don't want to look like I have one Mark Twain eyebrow--ROFLMAO!!! :):)

  3. thats the worst part about dyeing hair :/ and too expensive to go to the salon to get done all the time. someone needs to invent dye that last forever lol hmm but that would have problems too :p

i hope it rains soon and the heat lessens

  6. Another great sketch. I gave up dyeing my hair. I let it go all natural and in the sun it looks so white!

  10. Hee Hee- I keep up with my hair coloring, too. I just can't accept going grey, my vanity won't let me ;)

I love your journal pages! Your penmanship is wonderful. Mine's gotten so bad I sometimes can't even read my own writing.
